Our unrefined cane sugar is of excellent quality, produced without the use of any chemicals, and contains minerals that are beneficial to the human body (Ca, Mg, P, Na, K, Fe). Most customers are surprised that sugar can also be so flavory. Yes, brown cane sugar does smell good, and some varieties such as Light Muscovado and Dark Muscovado have a pleasant fruity aftertaste in coffee or desserts due to the molasses they contain. So if you haven't tried it yet, be sure to try coffee or black tea with Dark Muscovado sugar! Light Muscovado and Dark Muscovado sugars caramelise quickly and are ideal for a variety of icings, sauces, chocolate brownies and other desserts.

For the health-conscious, we are introducing the new DODO SUGAR FITNESS line, which includes two new sugars (coming in April-May): cane sugar cubes with ANTIOXIDANTS and LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX sugar cubes.

Benefits of low glycaemic index sugar: sugar enters the bloodstream slowly, helps stabilise blood sugar levels - diabetics do not experience sudden spikes or drops in blood sugar levels when consuming low glycaemic index sugars, unlike when consuming regular sugar. It also has the great taste of natural cane sugar - no synthetic aftertaste - and contains antioxidants naturally extracted from sugar cane.

The Cappuccino coffee capsule box contains two types of capsules: coffee and milk. If you prepare this coffee in glass cups and add the milk first (about half a cup) and then the coffee, you will surprise your guests with an impressive-looking layered coffee. :-)

Another very popular product is milk capsules (Latte). You can use this milk to whiten any coffee or black tea, or to make a really tasty cocoa: add 2 teaspoons of Marviga cocoa to a cup and pour hot milk (Latte) over them. Of course, if you like, sweeten the drink with cane sugar (we suggest trying different types of sugar). Latte milk also goes well with Caffe Sambuca (aniseed flavoured coffee drink) or you can also use it with Matcha green tea powder.

As well as coffee, we offer several types of tea or the healthy Unicorn Milk drink with coconut milk, spirulina powder and ginger for Dolce Gusto coffee machines.
