Storage conditions: store in an airtight container. Depending on the weather conditions, the sugar may harden but this does not affect its quality. If this happens, put the sugar in a container, cover with a piece of damp cloth and leave it overnight. Under dry conditions the sugar has an unlimited shelf life.Additional information
