Fukamushi sencha 02 green tea

Standard grade Fukamushi Sencha is made using slightly more mature leaves than those used in Fukamushi Sencha 01. These leaves are still of high quality but may contain younger and more mature leaves. For this reason, Fukamushi Sencha 02 has a weaker umami flavour than Fukamushi Sencha 01, but still has a robust, herbaceous taste. The colour is bright green and the flavour profile still shows a balance of sweetness and umami. A great choice for those who want to get to know the long steaming, spring-like Fukamushi teas.
