  • Cocoa butter or oil is regarded as a vegetable fat free of cholesterol. Suitable for both food and skin.

    It has a subtle aroma and taste of chocolate. Used in chocolates and various baked goods. However, it is also widely used in cosmetics to soften and moisturise the skin. It is a hard, brittle, pale yellow butter, melting at 32˚C - 35˚C.

    Cocoa butter is rich in fatty acids, including the particularly valuable oleic fatty acid (Omega-9), as well as a number of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
