In loose tea it is not possible to give an exact dose of several ingredients of different densities (sizes) in one teaspoon. Tarlton Ayurvedic tea from the Diet Detox, Fight Cholesterol, Fine Slim and Be Energetic ranges is packed in pyramid shaped tea bags. Each box contains 15 tea pyramids per foil pack.

The carefully selected Be Energetic ingredients will fill you with vitality by activating your metabolism (Cinnamon), "open your eyes" (English Mint with a high menthol content) in the early morning and balance your emotions (Hibiscus).

Recommended dosage is one cup (250ml) per day after meals, in the first half of the day

The tea ingredients are whole or coarsely chopped - not powdered.
