Tarlton Banana Ceylon Green Tea, loose-leaf, large-leaf, 100g
Ceylon large-leaf green tea (GP1 – "Gunpowder") with a unique, enticing, and unforgettable banana aroma.
GP1 ("Gunpowder"): According to legend, this name was given to the tea by a young English officer, as the leaves reminded him of grains of gunpowder. The tea leaves unfurl completely in hot water at a temperature of 80°C.
Ingredients: Ceylon large-leaf green tea (GP1), banana flavoring (2%).
Preparation: Depending on desired strength, use 1–2 g (1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of tea per 250 ml of water at 80°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes. The leaves can be re-steeped 2–3 times.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
